"This track a combination of the track 'Got To Be Real' by Shinichiro Yokota and Japanese folk song 'Ryotsu Jinku’. At first the track 'Got To Be Real' was made for Yokota's rap around 1992. He's even rapped on it in a few times before. The vocals are sung by Akiko Kanazawa in traditional Japanese singing style."

Our featured charity this year is War Child, whose work in post-conflict zones is done a bit differently. They recognise humans need more than just food and shelter to flourish after a war, breaking the cycle that leads to repeated conflicts by giving them purpose, education and cultural enrichment.
The dance floor has long-since been a safe space for the displaced, marginalised and persecuted to find community and expression. Safe Spaces represent the core of War Child’s work, providing vital refuge for young people to play, learn and regain their childhood.
All money raised through Bandcamp sales goes directly to War Child, so please donate more than the minimum if you feel the cause.
